Our guest: Luciane T. Kagohara, PhD – Assistant Professor of Oncology at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine

Dr. Kagohara works at the interface between molecular biology, oncology, and computational approaches, currently as Assistant Professor of Oncology at Johns Hopkins University. She graduated in Biological Sciences (medical modality) from UNESP in Botucatu and earned her doctorate in Oncology from the Antônio Prudente Foundation / AC Camargo Cancer Center (São Paulo). Currently, her research investigates mechanisms of resistance to cancer therapies, focusing on immunotherapies for liver and pancreatic tumors.
